Radovan Vitek was born in 1975 in the Czech Republic. He completed his Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Economics in Prague in 1997.

Career and Achievements

After completing his education, Vitek began his career in the timber industry. He gained experience working in managing positions at some of the largest Czech lumbering and woodworking firms. He then started his own company, which was engaged in the production and sale of lumber and wood products to trading companies.

In the early 2000s, Vitek launched CPI Property Group, which became one of the largest real estate players in Central and Eastern Europe. With his entrepreneurial skills and vision, Vitek transformed CPI Property Group from a small enterprise into a global real estate powerhouse. The company owns and manages more than 200 properties and has assets worth more than $9 billion.

CPI Property Group’s portfolio includes commercial and residential properties, hotels, and shopping centers. The company’s properties are located in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, and other Central and Eastern European countries. The group also owns a stake in the largest Czech construction firm, Metrostav.
