Harsh Goenka received his early education from St. Xavier’s Collegiate School in Kolkata and later went on to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. He then completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the International Institute of Management Development, Switzerland.

After completing his education, Harsh Goenka joined RPG Enterprises in 1980, where he worked in various positions before becoming the Vice-Chairman in 1994. He eventually became the Chairman of the company in 2012, after the death of his father. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly and has diversified into various sectors.

Apart from RPG Enterprises, Harsh Goenka is also associated with various other companies. He is the Chairman of CEAT Ltd, a leading tire manufacturer in India, and the Chairman of Zensar Technologies Ltd, a global IT services and solutions company. He also serves on the board of various prestigious organizations, including the Indian School of Business, the Indian Premier League Governing Council, and the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
