However, he was determined to improve his life and started working as a construction worker after finishing middle school. While working, he also attended night school to obtain his high school diploma.

After completing his high school education, Zhang Wanzhen went on to study civil engineering at Guangdong University of Technology. He graduated in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree.

After graduating from university, Zhang Wanzhen started his career in the construction industry. He worked for several companies, including the China State Construction Engineering Corporation, one of China’s largest construction companies.

In 1996, Zhang Wanzhen founded Logan Property Holdings Company Limited, which started as a construction company. Over time, the company expanded into property development and became one of China’s leading property developers.

Under Zhang Wanzhen’s leadership, Logan Property Holdings has completed many high-end residential and commercial projects in China. The company has also expanded into other countries, including Singapore and Hong Kong.

In addition to his success in the real estate industry, Zhang Wanzhen has also been recognized for his philanthropic efforts. He donated $5 million to build a school for orphaned children in Guangdong Province, and he has also been involved in other charitable activities.
